The Boston Celtics as a team rank at the top of the league in 3-point percentage at an incredible 40.3 percent, which is first in the NBA. They’re currently taking 41.4 attempts per game from behind the arc but it’s fair to say they’ve all been pretty great shots for the most part.
The key to success on offense this season in the new “Mazzulla Ball” era that we’re seeing in Boston is the ball movement. The focus is on offense this season and as a result, the Celtics have five of the top fifteen 3-point shooters in the league right now and it’s not Jayson Tatum or Jaylen Brown.
