The Boston Celtics updated their injury report prior to tonight’s game against the Utah Jazz at the TD Garden.
For the Celtics
Jayson Tatum is questionable with a left hip contusion.
Jaylen Brown is questionable with lower back pain.
Robert Williams is doubtful with left knee injury management.
Payton Pritchard has been up and down since having left heel pain that Abby Chin of NBC Sports Boston referred to as plantar fascia. He missed last nights game against the Bucks and will likely be a game time decision tonight against Utah.
Al Horford does not play in the second night of back-to-backs, so it’ll be interesting to see if he continues his trend tonight against Utah. If it were up to me, he’d sit out tonight.
Danilo Gallinari is managing well with ACL recovery and could make his season debut sooner than later by the way his workouts are going. He remains out.
For the Jazz
Lauri Markkanen is out with a hand injury.
Jordan Clarkson is out with a finger injury.
Rudy Gay is out with a back injury.
Collin Sexton is out with a hamstring injury.
Kelly Olynyk is day-to-day with an illness.
We’ll continue to monitor the injury report for both teams leading up to tipoff at 7:30 PM tonight in Boston.
