Opening Up The Files On The Boston Celtics

Al Horford is ‘encouraged’ after one-point overtime loss in Game 4

The Boston Celtics rallied back in the fourth quarter to force overtime, but unfortunately came up short, losing Game 4 116-115 on a last second 3-point attempt by Marcus Smart, who didn’t shoot the ball in time before the final buzzer.

At the end of the first quarter, Jayson Tatum, Marcus Smart, and Al Horford combined went 0-for-10. Jaylen Brown received two early fouls and the Celtics had four turnovers all in the opening quarter.

The Celtics rallied in the fourth quarter to take the game to overtime. It was great to see the Celtics make a comeback rather than just take the loss.

They showed a level of effort and determination that we haven’t seen from them much this season.

Although the Celtics lost and missed out on another opportunity to win another game in this series, Al Horford is “encouraged” after this loss.
