One of the many things the Boston Celtics are known for is their fans filling up the entire TD Garden and making it one of the best fan atmospheres in the NBA and quite possibly all of sports.
Jaylen Brown has a message for the Celtics fans ahead of Game 7 in Boston, the four most beautiful words in sports: Game 7 in Boston.
“Celtics fans, they love to call us out, right, so I’m calling you guys out. The energy in the Garden has been, okay. At best. Game 7 if you there, or if you not there… I need you to be up, I need you to come with the energy because we gonna need every bit of it.”
This was sort of surprising to hear, despite the playful nature behind Jaylen’s intentions. But to be fair, the Celtics haven’t really given the fans much to cheer about at home.
Perhaps this game will be different. It’s do or die, win or go home. What will the Celtics do?
Game 7 is Sunday, although the time is still pending between 3:30 or 8:30 PM.
