The Boston Celtics have climbed back from a 3-0 series deficit in the Eastern Conference Finals to force a Game 7 against the Miami Heat tonight at the TD Garden.
The Celtics became the fourth team in NBA history to force a Game 7 after being down 3-0 in the series, however, they’re also the first team to have Game 7 on their home court.
Boston can become the first team out of 150 to win a seven-game series after being down 3-0 in the series.
Of the three teams listed above who have forced a Game 7 after being down 3-0 in a series, the 1951 Knicks are the only team to advance to the NBA Finals.
There’s no four greater words in sports than “Game 7 in Boston.”
Tipoff is tonight at 8:30PM.
