The Boston Celtics have the most iconic court in the NBA and there’s no doubt about it.

With the NBA’s new in-season tournament taking place this year, it was important for the league to be creative in the overall experience and appearance of the new event.

One way of doing that was for the league to re-design the courts. The cosmetic change is more of a modern look and represents the in-season tournament.

The league officials approved to have all teams have a painted court that matched the team’s City Edition uniform.
