Opening Up The Files On The Boston Celtics

Jayson Tatum joins All-Star campaign for Derrick White

Boston Celtics do-it-all guard Derrick White is putting together an all-star caliber season. He’s averaging career-highs across the board with 16.5 points per game on 49.2 percent shooting from the field and 42.9 percent from behind the arc.

White is currently producing a 50-40-90 season in the month of December: 52/47/92. He’s also averaging 5.0 assists, 4.4 rebounds, 1.8 blocks, and 1.6 steals per game.

After the Celtics big win in Sacramento, Jayson Tatum took to his Instagram to express how he feels about White’s game this season by saying he’s an “All-Star”.

White is in a crowded position group when it comes to being an All-Star, but it’s not hard to see that he’s one of the top guards in the NBA and should get the nod for everything he provides on the court.
