Boston Celtics combo guard Derrick White is producing an All-Star caliber season and has shown to be the most important player for the Celtics this season.
White is averaging 16.8 points, 3.9 rebounds, 5.2 assists, 1.2 steals, and 1.3 blocks per game with 50/42/88 shooting splits this season.
He’s only one of three players this season to be averaging 15+ points, 5+ assists, 1+ block, 1+ steal, and shoot at least 50 percent from the field. The other two players are Joel Embiid and Giannis Antetokunmpo.
White is only a guard in a class with big men.
