Payton Pritchard put on a show from start to finish in the Boston Celtics last game before the All-Star break.
The Celtics blew-out the Nets to the tune of 50-points and Pritchard led the way with a game-high 28-points and finished with a +29, which was the highest on Boston’s bench.
Pritchard was on point from the moment he entered the game. He ran the offense and immediately attacked the paint for an easy pull-up shot for his first basket.
With just under two-minutes to go in the first half, Pritchard made easy work of Day’Ron Sharpe by turning him around along the baseline as he blew by him for a beautiful reverse layup.
After the game, Pritchard said he was looking forward to helping the Celtics win a championship in the second half of the season after the All-Star break.
Pritchard has played in every game for the Celtics this season, averaging career-highs in points (8.1), rebounds (3.2), and assists (2.8) with 43/38/81shooting splits in 20.7 minutes per game (career high).
