Opening Up The Files On The Boston Celtics

Jaylen Brown is one of the best in Eastern Conference Finals history

In his eight-year career, Jaylen Brown has played in six Eastern Conference Finals with the Boston Celtics.

In 34 games, he’s averaging 20.3 points on 48 percent shooting with 5.8 rebounds and 2.7 assists in the Eastern Conference Finals.

Brown’s career-high in the playoffs is 40-points, which he’s done twice and both during the Eastern Conference Finals. It’s the most in Celtics history and the third most in Eastern Conference Finals history behind Michael Jordan (8) and Lebron James (6).

Brown is also one of four players with 650+ points and 50+ made threes in the Eastern Conference Finals.

After he dropped 40-points in Game 2 on Thursday in Boston, Brown was asked about being snubbed from an All-NBA team, to which he said he doesn’t have the time to care about that.

Brown is constantly overlooked when it comes to his status in the NBA, but he contributes to winning and his ECF stats prove that.
