The Boston Celtics started preparing for this offseason and the new CBA regulations that’ll impact them within the season by re-signing a few players to set themselves up for what’s to come this summer.
The Celtics have already re-signed or picked up the options on most of their players to run it back with their championship squad for the 2024-25 season:
- Kristaps Porzingis: 2yr/$60 million
- Jrue Holiday: 4yr/$135 million
- Payton Pritchard: 4yr/$30 million
- Sam Hauser: $2.1 million
- Neemias Queta: 2yr/ $4.2 million
- Luke Kornet: 1/yr, $2.8 million
Jaylen Brown’s five-year, $285 million contract extension kicks in this year and Jayson Tatum is going to earn a supermax deal for five-years, $315 million.
The big deal of the offseason was being able to re-sign Derrick White, agreeing to a four-year, $126 million contract extension.
