Boston Celtics: Injury report ahead of Game 15 vs Cavaliers

The Boston Celtics have their biggest challenge of the season tonight hosting the undefeated Cleveland Cavaliers.

The Celtics are currently trying to manage rim protection issues, as they’re allowing teams to score 53.1 points in the paint per game against them, which is the fourth-highest in the league.

On the other hand, the Cavaliers score 53.6 points in the paint per game, the fourth-most in the league and only allow their opponents to score 44.8 points in the paint per game, the seventh-fewest in the league this season.

Here’s a look at the injury report ahead of tonight’s game for both teams:

Boston Celtics

Payton Pritchard is questionable with a left thumb sprain.

Kristaps Porzingis is out with his left posterior tibialis tendon surgery rehabilitation. He is in the next phase of his recovery and worked in a practice session with the Maine Celtics on Monday.

Cleveland Cavaliers

Caris LeVert is questionable either left knee inflammation.

Isaac Okoro is questionable with an ankle sprain.

Sam Merrill is questionable with questionable with left ankle inflammation.

Max Strus and Dean Wade are out with ankle injuries.
