The Boston Celtics have three new additions to their injury report ahead of tonight’s game vs the LA Clippers.
Malcolm Brogdon, still listed as questionable with a non-COVID related illness, while Blake Griffin was downgraded to out.
Joe Mazzulla is once again going to miss this game with an eye injury that’s being referred to as “corneal abrasions”, which he received during a pickup game, per Jay King of The Athletic.
Danilo Gallinari remains OUT due to his ACL recovery. However, it’s worth mentioning that there’s a growing optimism from Gallinari’s camp that his recovery is going well enough to where we could see him play this season. The big “what if” is if he’ll play in Boston or not.
We’ll continue to monitor the status of Brogdon before tonight’s 7:30 tipoff at the TD Garden.
