Boston Celtics trade acquisition Mike Muscala is a veteran shooting big man who stepped off the plane directly to the court and showed all of Boston exactly who he is and what he does better than any other center in the NBA.

Muscala finished the night leading the bench with 12-points, making 4-of-8 from deep in his Celtics debut.

After the game, Muscala caught up with team reporter Marc D’Amico and expressed how happy he is to be in Boston on a championship team.

Muscala’s style paired with Boston’s system will allow him to slide between the four and the five spots, as he provides immediate value for the Celtics when he’s on the court.

This is another great trade acquisition by Brad Stevens, as he retools for a championship run this season.
