Boston Celtics Derrick White and Danilo Gallinari recently joined professor David Hollander of New York University in a discussion at Harvard University about his new book How Basketball Can Save the World.

Hollander’s book originated from a radical course he created at NYU to give insights and debate how the principles of basketball can be utilized in everyday life off the court.

In this course, Hollander had current and former NBA and WNBA players come in for debate and conversations in class with his students. 

To discuss his book, Hollander invited White and Gallinari to join him at Harvard for a discussion on the book.
