Opening Up The Files On The Boston Celtics

Boston Celtics: Injury report ahead of game 44 vs Hornets

The Boston Celtics made another addition to their injury report this evening, listing Malcolm Brogdon as questionable for personal reasons.

If Brogdon isn’t available to play tomorrow in Charlotte, the Celtics will only have two true guards to deploy to the floor in Derrick White and Payton Pritchard.

White, who has been phenomenal this year, is already starting in place of Jaylen Brown, who is going to be out at least two weeks with an adductor strain.

This should be a high usage Pritchard game vs the Hornets. He proved he’s always ready for when his number’s called and performs well when given the opportunity, which he should get plenty of in this game.

Al Horford returns to the lineup after sitting out his usual second night of a back-to-back, in what was a well earned rest day for the vet.

We’ll continue to monitor the injury report and make updates accordingly, but it’s looking like Brogdon won’t be available for the first game of this mini-series with Charlotte.

Celtics vs Hornets tipoff is 7:00 PM at the Spectrum Center.
