Boston Celtics head coach Joe Mazzulla used a play from Brad Stevens’ playbook leading to Jayson Tatum’s game-winning shot over the Philadelphia 76ers.
Breaking down the play, you’ll see Tatum delay in the backcourt to allow the play to develop for him. On the inbound from White to Smart, you’ll see Al and Brown shift to the far side of the court to create space for Tatum.
Smart passes to Tatum who stops on a dime to pull-up and hit the game-winner. After the game, Mazzulla said he took this play from Stevens.
The Celtics play next on Monday night in New York.
