Boston Celtics: Injury report ahead of Game 70 vs Timberwolves

The Boston Celtics updated their injury report prior to tonight’s game against the Minnesota Timberwolves at the Target Center.

For the Celtics

Payton Pritchard is out  with left heel pain.

Robert Williams will be out with a left hamstring strain he suffered in the third quarter of the Celtics’ game against the Nets last weekend. 

Danilo Gallinari is managing well with ACL recovery and could make his season debut sooner than later by the way his workouts are going. He remains out. 

For the Timberwolves

Jaylen Nowell is out with an ankle injury.

Austin Rivers is day-to-day with a back injury.

Naz Reid is day-to-day with a calf injury.

Rudy Gobert is day-to-day with a left ankle sprain.

Karl Anthony-Towns is out with a cal injury, as the big man has just started 1vs1 drills, not yet cleared for team activities.

We’ll continue to monitor the injury report for both teams leading up to tipoff at 8:00 PM tonight in Minnesota.
